Operators and Clearing Houses are fighting a daily battle to prevent fraud.  However according to industry survey, fraud is still on the rise, creating a  financial impact on the Telecom operators and in some cases of long disputes, causing partner relationships between the parties to break down.

JanJannel in conjuction with our industry partners have put together tools designed to greatly reduce the financial impact on those operators who have been exposed to fraudulent traffic within their networks.  We work to resolve the dispute amicably without any adverse or negative impact on partner relations and in most case avoid the need to refer to arbitration.
